Specificity analysis of Tamiflu resistance detection using an OHT-based lateral flow assay (LFA) at various ratios of WT and Tamiflu-resistant viruses within 10 min. Mixed buffer containing Tamiflu-resistant and WT viruses is dropped onto a loading zone (sample pad) of the LFA. After 10 min, the test line (TL) appears darker as the concentration of the Tamiflu-resistant virus increases. Blank (buffer only) is used as a control. The control line (CL) indicates that this OHT-based LFA is operating correctly.
