The prediction accuracy of the proposed method on the OBCS data is separately reported for the SNPs identified from the KBCP, the OBCS and the merged KBCP-OBCS sample sets. The penalized logistic regression methods are trained using the OBCS data. The proposed method attains the best BC risk prediction results, when the SNPs are identified from the OBCS data.
