BET inhibitors decrease binding of IRF1 to PD-L1 promoter. (A, B) The pancreatic stellate cell line was pre-treated with the BET inhibitor JQ1 (1 μM) for 30 minutes and then treated with IFN-γ (0.2 μg/mL) for 4 hours. The cells were subjected to ChIP analysis using anti-BRD4 antibody (A) or anti-IRF1 antibody (B). An isotype-matched IgG was used as a negative control. The association with the PD-L1 gene promoter was quantified by qPCR. The results are representative of three independent experiments.
