Stimulation with IFNγ/TNFα mixture induce the expression of immunosuppressive factors, cytokines and chemokines in AMSCs. AMSCs were treated with IFNγ/TNFα at concentration of 10, 20 and 40 ng/ml for 48 h. Expression of IDO was determined by flow cytometry while PGE2 and cytokines/chemokines production was measured in supernatants by ELISA kit.
