Protein expression levels of Nrf2 in the nervous system. On day 21, the effect of repeated treatment with Vitis vinifera (300 mg kg−1 daily p.o.) was evaluated in oxaliplatin-treated rats. Western blot of Nrf2 expression in spinal cord, L4-L5, DRGs and sciatic nerve was performed. Densitometric analysis (top) and a representative immunoblot (bottom) are shown. Data are expressed as the percentage of control. β-Actin normalization was performed for each sample.
