  1. HT-29 cells (cells/well) were treated with increasing concentrations of oxaliplatin (1–100 μM) in the presence or absence of 50 μg/mL Vitis vinifera extract. Incubation was allowed for 48 h. Cell viability was measured by the MTT assay. The control condition was arbitrarily set as 100% and values are expressed as the mean ± s.e.m. of six experiments.
