Cytokines that are significantly correlated with the intraocular pressure in eyes with pseudoexfoliation glaucoma (PEG) are shown. The levels of IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-15, IL-17, and CCL2 are significantly correlated with the IOP in eyes with PEG eyes. In eyes with primary open angle glaucoma or neovascular glaucoma, significantly correlated cytokines are not present. Spearman correlation analysis. POAG: n = 23, PEG: n = 36, NVG: n = 22.
