From: LINCS L1000 dataset-based repositioning of CGP-60474 as a highly potent anti-endotoxemic agent
Therapeutic effects of CGP-60474 on the LPS endotoxemia model. (A) Mice were injected with 10 mg/kg LPS intraperitoneally and CGP-60474 was administered 30 minutes later. The survival rate was observed for 4 days. The mice treated with CGP-60474 had higher survival rate than the mice treated with the vehicle after the GCP-60474 treatment. (B) Plasma IL-6 concentrations were measured 2 hours after LPS administration. The level of IL-6 decreased in the mice group treated with the GCP-60474. Data are presented as the mean ± SEM; Experiment was independently repeated three times, total n = 10 mice per group, **p < 0.01, *p < 0.05.
