(a–c) Chimeric mice livers were collected 24 h after 20 mg/kg of ConA injection (n = 3–8 per group), and used for qPCR analysis of Cxcl1, Cxcl2, or Shp mRNAs. Relative gene expression levels were normalized against the expression of 18 S rRNA. (d,e) Primary hepatocytes isolated from WT and Shp KO mice were treated with recombinant mouse TNFα (30 ng/ml) for 60 min.
