The patient developed a hyperinfection syndrome with nearly fatal course in the fifth-year post transplantation following a high-dose steroid treatment. The asterisk (*) indicates the time of diagnosis. The S. stercoralis IgG signal gradually decreased after anthelmintic treatment.
