  1. Approximate doubling time and time spent in each stage of the cell cycle was determined for L-540, L-428 and KM-H2 cells expressing control, c-Jun or JunB shRNA as described in the Methods. The results represent the average and standard deviation of at least four independent experiments. P values were obtained by performing ANOVA with Tukey’s post hoc test comparing the c-Jun/JunB knock-down cells with control shRNA–expressing cells. When two P values are given, the first is compared to control 002 and the second is to control 216. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001.
