Effect of riluzole and BAY36-7620 on CXCL1 (A) and IL-8 (B) secretion from SUM159, BT549 and MDA-MB-231 cells treated for 24 or 48 hours. Results represent the mean ± SEM of n = 2 experiments, performed in triplicate, where *is P < 0.05 compared to vehicle treated cells.
