Biochemical pathways statistically significantly enriched in the testes of Holstein-Friesian bull calves offered either a fed on low or a high plane of nutrition and, slaughtered at 18 weeks of age. Green and red bars represent genes down and up regulated, respectively, as a percentage of the overall number of genes in each pathway. The significance of each pathway is represented by the yellow line describing −log(p-value). The P-value is calculated by the number of genes from our dataset of differentially expressed genes represented in a particular pathway, divided by the total number of genes in the Canonical Pathway in IPA analysis.
