PGE2 levels, TNF-α and IL-1β expression in isolated peritoneal macrophages from wild-type and mPGES-1-deficient mice. Primary peritoneal macrophages from male mPGES-1+/+ (WT) or mPGES-1−/− (KO) mice were stimulated with 1 ng/mL LPS for 24 h.
