Resonant peaks and Q-factors of the structure as depicted in Fig. 2(a) for several number of layers N. (a) and (b) are with long and short resonances, respectively. The grating width w = 70 nm is used for these calculations. The solid (square, triangle, and circle) and hollow (square, triangle, and circle) dots are the resonant peaks and Q-factors, respectively.
