ADC thresholds for PZ and TZ, respectively are: high risk - 900 µm2/s and 800 µm2/s; intermediate risk: 1100 µm2/s and 850 µm2/s; low risk - 1300 µm2/s and 1050 µm2/s. Note the presence of high risk regions only in Gleason Score (GS) 7 lesions.
