Multiple alignment of VaWRKY gene sequences was executed by Clustal W and the phylogenetic tree was created using MEGA 6.0 by the Neighbor-Joining (NJ) method with 1,000 bootstrap replicates. The exon-intron arrangement was executed using Gene Structure Display Server 2.0. The exons and introns were represented by yellow boxes and black lines.
