The dotted line is a regression between the CDS width (x-axis) and the average numbers of substitutions (y-axis). Label “L” is LEUTX. “4” is MUC4, which had the most non-synonymous mutations among #N > #S genes, and “D” is DPSS, which had the most synonymous mutations among #N < #S genes. The other labels G, H, K, M, O, P, S, X and Z are GLIS1, HHEX, KLF4, MYC, OTX2, POU5F1, SOX2, HLX and ZNF366, respectively.
