Effect of miR-148a-3p expression on biological behaviour in ESCC cell lines: adhesion, migration and apoptosis. Effect of miRNA modulation on adhesion (a) migration (b) and apoptosis (c,d) in ESCC cell lines KYSE-270 and KYSE-410. Relative migration and adhesion ratio compared to control was measured by crystal violet staining 48 h after transfection. Adhesion assays were performed five times; migration assays six times. Relative early and late apoptosis rate compared to control was measured by 7AAD/Annexin-FITC staining 48 h after transfection (d). Apoptosis experiments were performed in six independent replicates.
