Western Blot analysis of potential targets of miR-130a-3p (a) and miR-148a-3p (b). Effect of miRNA manipulation on protein levels of direct and putative targets in ESCC cell lines. Relative protein levels compared to controls were measured in western blot analysis using antibodies 48 h after transfection. Proteins are listed according to their size. For reasons of clarity, the presented blots in this figure were cropped from different gels (represented by the white space). Full-length gels and blots can be found in the Supplementary Information File S3. Three independent Western experiments were performed.
