2D 1H-15N TROSY HSQC spectra of Vibrio FliGMC2 fragment of the wild-type (WT)-FliG and the E144D, G214S, and G215A mutants. The concentration and measurement temperature of 15N labeled FliGMC are shown in each spectrum. The mutant phenotype is shown in the parenthesis of each spectrum. All spectra were measured by Avance-III HD 500 spectrometer equipped with a BBO cryogenic probe.
