  2. PRM = Parametric response mapping. fSAD = Functional small airway disease. Wallarea% = Bronchial wall area at segmental level. CI = Confidence intervals
  3. COPD includes subjects positive by both criteria, FEV1/FVC < 0.70 and Parameter D > 90th percentile of normal. FVC-COPD includes subjects positive by FEV1/FVC < 0.70 only. Parameter D-COPD includes subjects positive by Parameter D > 90th percentile of normal only.
