ATP levels in NDUFA11 and SDHC silenced cells. ATP levels were normalized to protein concentration in cell lysates. Two clones of siRNAs per each gene have been used to silence NDUFA11 (1 and 2, panel A) and SDHC (1 and 2, panel B). In control group (C), the cells were treated with negative control siRNA.
