Mitochondrial ROS production in NDUFA11 and SDHC silenced cells. Whole images were used for calculations. Two clones of siRNAs per each gene have been used to silence NDUFA11 (NDUFA11-1 and NDUFA11-2) and SDHC (SDHC-1 and SDHC-2). In control group (C), the cells were treated with negative control siRNA. 1 µM antimycin A (Ant) was used as a positive control to induce ROS production.
