HUVECs were used ac negative control, JEG3 cells were used as positive control (C+). (B) HUVECs infected with HHV-6A and HHV-6B respectively for 24 and 48 h.p.i. and analyzed for HLA-G mRNA expression by Real Time PCR. (C) HUVECs infected with HHV-6A and HHV-6B respectively for 48 h.p.i. and analyzed for the different isoforms of HLA-G mRNA (G1, G2, G3; G4, G5, G6, G7) expression.
