(A) Venn diagram of eight of the PgCYP genes among the three primary functional categories: biological process (BP), molecular function (MF) and cellular component (CC). One of the PgCYP genes was not assigned to a GO term. (B) The eight PgCYP genes were categorized into seven functional subcategories (Level 2), including 2 MF subcategories, 3 CC subcategories and 2 BP subcategories.
