Nonmetric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) ordination of fecal microbiota in AGE infected patients. The Bray-Curtis index were performed between all infected children and controls to generate NMDS to visualize gut microbiome similarities. Each dot in the figure denotes microbiota profile of a single patient in a low-dimensional space. Colored dots denotes groups of patient’s microbiome.
