Body weights of perinatal marmosets (postnatal days (PD) 01–30) born into same- and mixed-sex litters. Both male and female marmosets from same-sex litters were heavier than individuals born into mixed-sex litters. This difference emerged later in the perinatal period (i.e., PD 15 & PD 30), but was not present at birth.
