The crystal of allabogdanite residing in the center of the envelope-like kamacite crystal. Kamacite, in due course, is hosted by the taenite single crystal. The thin tetrataenite rim and so-called cloudy zone are visible at the interface between taenite and kamacite. The Barbianello meteorite. (a) Photo in reflected light.
