From: Validation and quality assessment of macromolecular structures using complex network analysis
The correlation matrix shows correlations between following Z-scores: Ramachandran (Zrama), rotamer (Zrota), clashscore (Zclash), Rfree (ZRfee) and node degree (Znode). Ramachandran, rotamer, clashscore and Rfree Z-score was calculated from global percentile ranks taken from wwPDB X-ray Structure Validation Report. Node degree Z-score was calculated with respect to entries of similar length.
