Figure 1

T1-weighted axial MPRAGE image with 25 regions of interest obtained using the JHU_MNI_SS (‘Eve’) atlas. Colors indicate different brain structures. The 15 white matter structures include - ACR: Anterior Corona Radiata, SCR: Superior Corona Radiata, CP: Cerebral Peduncle, PLIC: Posterior Limb of Internal Capsule, ALIC: Anterior Limb of Internal Capsule, RLIC: Retrolenticular part of Internal Capsule, PTR: Posterior Thalamic Radiation, PCR: Posterior Corona Radiata, IFO: Inferior Fronto-Occipital Fasciculus, SFO: Superior Fronto-Occipital Fasciculus, SLF: Superior Longitudinal Fasciculus, BCC: Body of Corpus Callosum, EC: External Capsule, GCC: Genu of Corpus Callosum, SCC: Splenium of Corpus Callosum. The 10 grey matter structures include - ACC: Anterior Cingulate Cortex, PCC: Posterior Cingulate Cortex, Caud: Caudate nucleus, CGC: Cingulate Gyrus (Cortex), INS: Insular cortex, Thal: Thalamus, Put: Putamen, Hippo: Hippocampus, Amyg: Amygdala, and NuAcc: Nucleus Accumbens.
