Molecular effects of 5-ASA and AZTP on epithelial barrier in intestinal organoids. E-cadherin expression in organoids pretreated with 5-ASA or AZTP in the presence or absence of TNF-α (10 ng/ml). Small intestinal organoids isolated from WT (A) or IL-10 KO (D) mice were pretreated with 5-ASA; 5 mM or AZTP 10 μM (5 h) followed by TNF-α treatment (10 ng/ml, overnight; 16 h).
