Evaluation of tumor sizes (A) and HER2-specific antibody levels (B) in mice challenged with CT26/HER2, CT26/HER2-A1 and CT26/HER2-A2 cells. (A,B) Each group of mice (n = 5/group) was challenged s.c. with 5 × 105 CT26/HER2 cells, CT26/HER2-A1 cells and CT26/HER2-A2 cells per mouse. Tumor sizes were measured at 7 and 14 days post-tumor cell challenge (A). At the same time, the mice were bled and sera were equally pooled. The sera were diluted and used to measure HER2-specific antibody levels by ELISA (B). *p < 0.05 compared to no tumor cells (naïve sera).
