Ellagic acid does not enhance efficacy of docetaxel on 22Rv1 tumor growth in nude mice implanted with 22Rv1 cells in matrigel on day 0. Mice were switched from AIN93M diet to modified diets containing 2 or 4 g/kg ellagic acid on day 28 (gray dashed line) or maintained on the AIN93M control diet and received docetaxel injections on days 35, 39 and 43 (red dashed lines).
