Western blot analysis and 15% SDS-PAGE of purified recombinant proteins using Ni-NTA column chromatography: (a left) Electrophoretic mobility of purified Adnectin C. Lane 1: protein marker, lanes 2, 3: elution 1 and 2 of the purified protein (0.2 mg/ml of purified protein respectively); (a right) Electrophoretic mobility of purified Adnectin C-PAS#1(200). Lane 1: protein marker; lanes 2–4: elution 2–4 of the purified protein (0.1, 0.3 and 1 mg/ml of purified protein respectively). Western blot analysis identified the specified bonds for: (b left) Adnectin C; (b right) Adnectin C-PAS#1(200). The arrows show the band of the expected size of products.
