The results of phase structure as identified by Rietveld refinements are presented in (a). (b) Temperature dependence of dielectric constant εr measured at 100 kHz in the temperature range of −150 to 200 °C. The dotted circles indicate regions corresponding to coexistence of R and T phases. The TR-O and TO-T converge at/near room temperature by doping with BNKLZ (x) and BS (y).
