(A) This image shows dilatation or enlargement in the left SV and presentation as a cystic structure with multiple cavities, with middle to high signal intensity in the left SV on T1WI. (B) This cyst presented as high signal intensity on T2WI, which is similar to that of the right SV. (C) The left SV presented as an obvious dilated cystic structure on the sagittal plane. This pattern suggests that the patient had a left SVC. There is also obvious dilation in the right SV.
