The melting curve of wild type and mutants of CXCR1 measured by the circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy. In order to measure the Tm, the ellipticity was measured from 25 °C to 90 °C with increasing the temperature by 5 °C, and the fraction of denatured protein (ΔfD) was calculated. The fitting results for each mutant are represented by a dash line.
