Functional impairment of EVT cells by nPt. (a) The cellular proliferation assay was performed using HchEpC1b cells cultured with 25 μg/ml of nPt (black bars) in the presence or absence of 100 nM bafilomycin A1 (Baf) for 24 h. (b) The cellular proliferation assay performed using HchEpC1b-ATG4BC74A (Hch-4B, black bars) cells, an autophagy-deficient EVT cell line, or HchEpC1b-mStrawberry (Hch-mSt, white bars) cells, an autophagy-normal cell line, cultured with nPt at the indicated concentrations (μg/ml).
