Effect of the Snail inhibitor GN25 on compound 4 toxicity. NCI-H522 cells were exposed to 10 μM GN25 for 3 days before exposing to either compound 4, Erastin (ERAS) or sulfasalazine (SSZ). Viability was determined 2 days later using methylene blue.
