T cell related cytokines released by splenocytes from ApoE−/− immunized with collagen α1α2(IV)-PADRE. Splenocytes from mice immunized with collagen α1α2(IV)-PADRE peptides, PADRE or PBS were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 beads and IFN-g (A), IL-12 (B), IL-4 (C), IL-5 (D), IL-10 (E), IL-13 (F), IL-17A (G) and IL-6 (H) were analyzed. ANOVA followed by Sidak’s multiple comparisons post-test where the bar denotes mean for normally distributed variables, or Kruskal-Wallis test followed by Dunn’s multiple comparisons post-test where the bar shows median value for non-normally distributed variables. Each dot represents one mouse. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.005, ***p < 0.0001.
