From: Low-temperature microstructural studies on superconducting CaFe2As2
Low-temperature XRD focused on the single-crystal (008) peak of undoped CaFe2As2. (a) Pure PI phase. Starting from the PI phase, the sample is annealed at 350 °C for (b) 5 h (intensity in log scale), (c) 8 h, (d) 15 h, (e) 18 h, and (f) 30 h (completely transformed into pure PII phase).
