Right ventricular hypertrophy. Ratio of the right ventricular weight over the left ventricular plus septum weight (RV/(LV + septum)). Sugen-Hypoxia induced pulmonary hypertension (SUHx). Treatment with sildenafil 25 mg/kg/day (Sild 25) and 100 mg/kg/day (Sild 100). Differences between groups evaluated by ANOVA followed by Tukey’s multiple comparisons.
