From: Hybrid Nanostructured Porous Silicon-Silver Layers for Wideband Optical Absorption
Top-view and cross-sectional FESEM images of a typical hybrid n-PS/Ag layer. The n-PS layer was grown using a current density of 60 mA/cm2 and the silver nanoparticles were electrodeposited for 4 min. The Ag nanoparticles (bright areas) are rounded with diameters in the 30–65 nm range.
