The plot presents mean expression levels for individual genes and their log2 fold-change between irradiated (350 Gy) eggs before and after fertilization (androgenetic activation). Red dots mark genes significantly differentially expressed between the groups (adjp < 0.05). Red triangles mark observations with outlying log2 fold-changes which would be difficult to plot on zoomed graph.
