The data in both panels is of 16 actin-encapsulated GUVs with an average radius of ~5 μm (range from 3 to 6.4 μm) and 10 empty GUVs with an average radius of ~5 μm (range from 3 to 6.7 μm). In both cases, the experiments have been repeated five times on different days.
