The color of the circle represents q value which is the P value after correction by multiple hypothesis test. The smaller the q value is, the more reliable the enrichment significance of the DEGs in the pathway is. The size of the circle indicates the number of genes enriched in the pathway, and the color of the dot indicates the significance level.
