Northern blot analysis of RNA purified from HIV virions before and after fragmentation (FR) and from MT4 cells infected (inf.) with HIV-1 before and after fragmentation. The radioactively labelled probes were used for 5′ (left panel) and 3′ (right panel) ends of tRNALys TTT-3.1.. The yellow numbers stand for the size of synthetically prepared ladder (L) with the same sequence as natural tRNALys TTT-3.1..
