Downstream and vertical gradients of key water quality parameters (salinity, temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, and turbidity) in the Neuse River Estuary, NC before and after Hurricane Florence, which made landfall on 14 September, 2018. The downstream transect covers from the historic upstream extent of salt water instrusion downstream to Pamlico Sound.
