Analysis of stance width and paw angle in wild type, H304R/+, and H304R/R mice. The top data show the distance between the hind limbs during the stance phase of male (A) and female (B) mice tested up to 12 months of age. The bottom data show the absolute value of the paw angle during the stance phase of male (C) and female (D) mice tested up to 12 months of age. The box plot represents the 25th to 75th percentile of the data points with a middle line at the median and the whiskers ranging from the smallest to the largest value. The H304R/+ (in light gray) and H304R/R (in white) data were compared to the wild type data (in dark gray) using one-way ANOVA (Tukey’s multiple comparisons test, *p < 0.05).
